Power Metallic
NISK District exploration operations in Quebec
NISK DISTRICT · QUEBEC, CANADA

The world's highest-grade
copper & PGE discovery.

Power Metallic is drilling out the NISK District — five rigs, 100+ high-grade intersections, and Lion's maiden resource now declared. Mining metals that matter.

WHY POWER METALLIC

Four things that make NISK unique.

01 · GRADE
1.68% copper. Then the precious metals.

Lion's Indicated resource runs 1.68% copper on its own — before the palladium, platinum, gold and silver that lift it to 3.86% CuEq across 4.145 million tonnes. The standout holes run far higher. Grades like this are why one deposit can carry a company.

02 · LOCATION
Quebec, Canada

A first-rank mining jurisdiction where copper, nickel, cobalt, platinum and palladium are all listed critical minerals — and where federal and Quebec critical-minerals credits, funds and tax measures are on the table. The company believes it may qualify for several of them.

03 · INFRASTRUCTURE
Power next door

Hydro-Québec's Albanel substation, on the 735 kV low-carbon hydro grid, sits adjacent to the property — 4 km from Nisk Main, 9.1 km from Lion. All-season access on the Route du Nord; Nemiscau airport 30 km west.

04 · MOMENTUM
$28.2M · 5 rigs

TSXV's top mining stock of 2024. C$28.2 million raised in June 2026, five rigs turning across the district, Lion's first resource delivered — and a PEA targeted for the first half of 2027.

2026 MINERAL RESOURCES · LION + NISK MAIN
The floor is in. The ceiling is open.

Lion's first resource: 4.145 Mt Indicated at 3.86% CuEq — 1.68% copper before the palladium, platinum, gold and silver — plus 0.601 Mt Inferred at 4.01% CuEq. More than 85% of it Indicated. It starts at surface and is modelled continuously to more than 600 m vertical depth, where the resource drilling stopped. Lion remains open at depth.

Nisk Main, the nickel-copper deposit that started it all, is updated alongside: 2.703 Mt Indicated and 2.016 Mt Inferred.

Five selected Lion Zone holes from the July 2026 corporate presentation; downhole intervals. Over 100 intersections of ≥11 m above 4.24% CuEq. CuEqRec represents CuEq calculated based on the following metal prices (USD): 2,360.15 $/oz Au, 27.98 $/oz Ag, 1,215.00 $/oz Pd, 1,000.00 $/oz Pt, 4.00 $/lb Cu, 10.00 $/lb Ni and 22.50 $/lb Co, and recovered grades based on recent locked-cycle metallurgical recoveries by SGS Canada Inc. Drill results are not mineral resource grades. Qualified Person: Joe Campbell, P.Geo, VP Exploration.
Why 9.7% CuEq is a big deal
Lion's Indicated resource averages 1.68% copper before the palladium, platinum, gold and silver are counted. The selected drill highlights are not the resource grade. The PEA, targeted for the first half of 2027, will test the project's economics.
Why thickness matters
A rich sliver is a curiosity. A rich body is a project. Lion's selected holes cut 14 to 39 metres of mineralization, the modelled package is up to 50 m thick, and the shoot runs continuously from surface to more than 600 m down. Width and continuity are why Lion is now a resource, not just a drill story.
Why the metal comes out
Two SGS locked-cycle tests — one blended, one deliberately low-grade — each recovered more than 98% of the copper into a concentrate grading over 25% copper, with the palladium, platinum, gold and silver riding along. The rock gives up its metal with conventional flotation.
HOW WE GOT HERE

From one nickel deposit
to a district in the making.

2021–2023
The nickel foundation
Nisk Main delivers a resource: 4.91 Mt @ 1.07% NiEq indicated, 1.79 Mt @ 1.35% inferred.
MAY 2023
Lion, on the last hole
The winter program's final hole, 5.5 km northeast, hits a completely different animal: high-grade copper-PGE.
2024
Top of the TSXV
Lion drills out hole after hole; the stock finishes 2024 as the exchange's top mining performer.
FEB 2025
$50M and a new name
Power Nickel becomes Power Metallic — the deposit was never just nickel — and funds a 100,000 m program.
2025
Tiger + 600% more land
A third zone emerges 700 m east of Lion. Staking and acquisitions grow the property six-fold.
2026
The proving year
Winter drilling delineated Lion's near-surface shoot; SGS Canada declared Lion's first resource and updated Nisk Main in September. Five rigs turned to depth. A PEA is targeted for the first half of 2027.
